Halfwit Coffee, Cupping and Roasting at Gaslight Co-op

For the fine folks at Imbibe Magazine.  And, as luck would have it, just down the block from my Logan Square studio.  A lovely, fragrant morning with great people passionate about their coffee.  I’d like to do this one every day, around 8 am please.
