I photographed Stephen putting together the Bitter Giuseppe’s
2 oz. Cynar
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
6 dashes Regans’ Orange Bitters
A lemon peel garnish
And that beautiful, beautiful ice.
The whole is, as you might guess, greater than the sum of its parts.
